Please contact us to discuss retainer amounts, hourly fees, availability and deadlines. We will provide you with a comprehensive checklist of potential documents and information needed for the analysis.

In personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination and medical malpractice cases, the firm can usually provide an expert report within two weeks of receipt of the retainer and all required information. Express services are also available.

With commercial damages, anti-trust, intellectual property and other, more complicated cases, we encourage attorneys to contact us as soon as possible so that we may discuss, plan and execute our expert report in a timely and cost-effective manner.
